I don't know if I can give away *all* of my secrets, but if you're looking for a job, a couple of other good lists are: JimsJobs - http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/JimsJobs/ and MyJobTiger - http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MyJobTIGER/ These are both for technical people and generate a lot of traffic, but it's a great place to see nationwide jobs that might not be advertised elsewhere.
