		<description>It&#039;s a big responsibility to take this message to heart. But when you think about it, you have the power to affect people positively or negatively. A lot of times, we only hear about it when it&#039;s negative. Positive change doesn&#039;t really get a lot of press most of the time. So I think one big way you can impact someone positively today is to tell them how they have impacted you!</description>

You often make a difference without knowing it. This is a good reminder to tell others when they affect you so that they will feel appreciated and won&#039;t get burnt out.</description>
