That shows a two-way-traffic relationship and a very important &#039;issue&#039; IMHO. As Kent told me a few weeks ago (coach-session across the big water through Skype): a coach and a coachee - if that&#039;s the correct word ;-) - have to care for each other, otherwise it doesn&#039;t work.
