Reading Facebooks TOS and privacy policy was a deal killer before, but they just keep getting worse and worse. Facebook is really having some more privacy issues in the press.

So far Facebook is a long way second for me to LinkedIn. I use these sites as a business/HR tool and Facebook seems to have far to much rubbish getting in the way for me. I have an open mind though!
