Both should be easy and actually go hand in hand..... Get back on the "Body for Life" program - I know it is hard to give up the foods that you really love, and then take the money your save and buy some health insurance for you and your family. I saw the tweet about the broken toe..... Having struggled with both my weight and lack of health insurance, I know the stresses that having too much of one and not enough of the other can cause.
