Favorite Friday: Passive Candidate, Active Candidate
December 2nd, 2011I was reminded of a post I wrote back in June of 2008: How To Be A Passive Candidate When You Are An Active Candidate. For example, if you are unemployed, looking for marketing jobs, you are an ACTIVE candidate. If you have a job in marketing already, and you aren’t looking for another job, you are a PASSIVE candidate. Interesting that to a recruiter, you are always a candidate, right?
It’s fun to go back and read my old stuff… I had totally forgotten about this post. I only had 2 suggestions (at the bottom of that post), but they are pretty good…
