Handling all contact data is easy with filter options and reports; JibberJobber includes Outlook synchronization, personal contacts and different categories for your contacts. To track your contacts you can associate log entries and action items to them. Action items help you to track and complete your activities by a given date.
This is an important feature because it allows you to manage and track important relationships over the time.
