On the section of network, companies, jobs, document manager, etc. you can see a list panel. This list panel shows all your records and allows you to see, edit, delete, add log entries, etc.
You can click on manage columns link, in this page you can customize how you want to view you contact list. There are plenty of options like how many rows you want to see per page up configure what columns you want to see, ect.(note that the maximum rows allowed to show is 250) You can save your changes or simply use the defaults.
On the list panel you can click on the title to define the sort by the column. Go into the List Panel, then you can SORT and ORDER by any column there
