How much does a JibberJobber membership cost?
Everyone gets a Regular account for free, forever.
You can optionally upgrade to one of two different levels:
Silver: $5 per month
Premium: $9.95 per month

Some people start with a Free account, then upgrade for a while, then downgrade back to Free. No problem, that is how we designed it.
What is JibberJobber?
JibberJobber is your Personal Relationship Manager for your career. Just as a salesperson would use a CRM system, like Salesforce.com or Goldmine, to keep track of their sales leads, JibberJobber helps you keep track of your job search, networking contacts and other career management information.
Who uses JibberJobber?
- Job seekers – most of the signups we get are people who are actively in a job search, or know they are getting downsized soon, or unhappily employed and looking for something better.
- People who are happily employed – whether they are networking for a promotion or simply want a tool to help manage their professional relationships, plenty of JibberJobber members are not in a job search but simply want a tool to keep Me, Inc. organized.
- Business owners – We are not gutsy enough to say we are competing against any CRM system out there, but running a business is all about relationships, and business owners use JibberJobber to track relationships, company information, important documents and more.
How can I get JibberJobber help?
There is a help link at the bottom of every page, you can also browse through our Frequently asked questions. You can also go to Videos, found on the Tools dropdown menu for visual tutorial on JibberJobber features. If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the website then you can contact us, below every page you’ll see a contacts us link that will direct you to our email form. Please fill out your name and email address, tell us what the email is about by chosing from the What’s this about? drop down menu, then write your concerns on the field provided.
What if I already use Monster, headhunters and other resources?
Excellent! JibberJobber does not replace those tools, it simply complements them! We designed JibberJobber to be complementary to any career or networking resource you can find, including job boards, recruiters and headhunters, career coaches, networking books (Never Eat Alone, Some Assembly Required, etc.), social networks and more.
How is this different than LinkedIn, FaceBook, MySpace, etc?
JibberJobber is complementary to social networks. While JibberJobber is not a social network, it can help you manage and organize the information you collect from the social networks. In LinkedIn you can connect with others but you can not rank the relationship, log notes about your relationship, create action items, tie them to companies. JibberJobber allows you to do this privately. And it allows you to import contacts from other places, like CardScan, Outlook, Gmail, etc. We do not care where your contacts come from, and they do not have to connect with you, they are your contacts, and you can manage relative information in JibberJobber!
What is the best way to use JibberJobber?
As CEO of Me, Inc., you need a professional tool to help manage all of the customers, vendors and business relationships you have (including employers). Statistically we will have at least ten job changes in our career, some say we will have over thirty. Experts say around eighty percent of jobs are found through networking, and JibberJobber is the tool to help you manage network relationships. Additionally, you should have a list of target companies that you track, current resumes and reference letters, responses to questions like tell me about yourself, and more. Use JibberJobber a lot, or a little, but consistent use over time adds to your database of information.
How long should I use JibberJobber?
JibberJobber is a tool to use throughout your professional career. Do you want to lose track of that headhunter that was so helpful three years ago? What about the e-mail address of that HR manager from the company you really wanted to work for? JibberJobber is the place to keep this information, whether you are passive or active in your job hunt. Having all your contacts at your fingertips could be priceless.
Why shouldn’t I just use a spreadsheet?
You can make your own spreadsheet to manage your information, which is kind of how JibberJobber started. Here are some reasons why we wouldn’t go that route:
- The free version of JibberJobber already does more than what your Excel spreadsheet could do.
- If you are like most people, your spreadsheet will continually change, until it gets to be too much to manage, or not make sense anymore.
- If you lose your Excel file (it was on your computer at work, and since you got laid off, um, you don’t have access to it or your computer crashes), then you lose all of your information (and possibly, you lose your mind).
- How many spreadsheets have you started before that are meaningless now? JibberJobber’s features will only improve and be more relevant to you as time goes on.

We have a strong history of continual enhancements to the product, and have been developing business relationships that will benefit you. We will continue to enhance the functionality of JibberJobber and always appreciate your input.

How do I sign up, and what next?
Click here to create your account. You will then have a free account with the option to upgrade to a Premium account. Premium users get a number of additional benefits, including price protection (if the fees increase, you are locked into the price in effect when you upgraded) and immediate access to new features.

How do I delete my account?
To delete an account, simply click on My Account, and then the Delete Account tab. This will take you to a page where you can tell us why you are leaving (yes, we want to know), and then you have to click the checkbox saying you really do want to delete your entire account, and then click a button to delete the account. All of the data you have entered will be deleted, and not accessible anymore. We’re sorry to see you go! If you are simply concerned about getting emails from us (in other words, if you don’t want to get emails from us), you can change your settings in the Preferences tab.
How do I change my personal information submitted on JibberJobber?
Just click on My Account. In this page you can change your general information (e.i. name and address) password and email address.

Is JibberJobber a secure site?
Yes. JibberJobber is a secure site, in fact there is even a secure version button bellow every page for additional security.
How does JibberJobber protect my privacy?
Your data is 100% private — we do not use the data that you put into the system for any purpose other than supporting your data / system. The data that you put in shall be and always will remain the sole property and private data of those individuals and organizations that input the data into this system. This data is never shared with any outside organizations or 3rd parties. We store anonymous user information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. Our profiling is always anonymous and never tied to the users. We do not share your personal information with other third parties.
About Sign Up/ Sign In
I did not receive the verification email
You should receive a verification e-mail any minute. If you don’t, please login to JibberJobber (yes, you can use it right now) and click on My Account from the top menu, click Verification Email- On request verification email, you’ll see the field populated with the email that you entered when you create the account. If you never get your e-mail, please check your junk or spam folders.
What if I don’t get an e-mail sent to me after I register?

About Memberships
Can I give a gift membership subscription to someone else?
Currently the way to buy this for your friend is not automated, but we are happy to assist you with that. Let us know trought the contact us form Tell us how you want to pay it (PayPal or just by credit card) and your friend’s name.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account, click on the tab “Delete Account” and fill the form.
What if I forget my password?
Under the space where you write your password you will see a ‘forgot your password?’ link, just click on the link and it will bring you to another page. You’ll be asked for your email address, this should be the email address we have on file for your account. Then just click send, you would received a confirmation email and you just have to click on the link. You’ll then received another email with your password. Once you received a new password you can log in to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ tab to personalized your password.
How do I reset my password?
To change your password, just log in to your account using your current password. Go to the ‘My Account’ tab, click on password. You’ll be asked for your current password and new password.
How do I switch my account to a new e-mail address?
You just have to go to the ‘My Account’ tab, click on Change E-mail Address. Type in your new email address and your JibberJobber password.
How do I cancel a premium upgrade, made through PayPal?
- Log In to your PayPal account.
- Click the History tab.
- Click the Details of the subscription in question.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- You have successfully canceled the subscriber’s subscription.
Do I have to pay online, with a credit card, to upgrade?
You have two options, pay using your credit card or through Paypal. To pay for upgrades using your credit card, click on the upgrade link. Choose your subscription period then right next to it you’ll see two options, paypal and credit card. Click on credit card. Select your Payment Frequency, recurring or one time. Enter your credit card number, your credit card verification number (last 3 digits on the back of the card for Visa, Mastercard and Discover. 4 digits on the front of the card for AMEX.) and credit card’s expiration date. Completely fill out the form, enter your name (as it appears on the card) and your billing address(should match your credit card’s billing address).

About Contacts
How do I save my contacts?
Click on My Network from the top menu.Click on the Add A Contact link, right above the List Panel. Enter the information about your Contact. And click save.
How do I create contact lists for companies?
Click on Companies from the top menu. Click on Add Company link. Enter the informations about your contacts and click save.
How can I import contacts?
Click on Tools from the top menu. Click on the Import/Export link. On the Import/Export page, you’ll see an option to import contact, click on it. You can import your contacts that are save in cvs file, tvs file or business card, just click browse to locate your file from you computer. Click on ‘Has Header’ if your files has headers, and then click upload file.
How do I add notes to my contacts?
To add notes on your contacts, just go to Network from the top menu, click on the Network List Panel link. Look for the name of your contact the you wish to edit, on the right side of your contct name you’ll see icons, click on the pencil and paper icon to go to the edit page where you can add notes about your contact.
Another way is by click on your contact’s name from the Network List Panel. You’ll be directed to your contact’s detail page. In the middle just beside your contacts name, you’ll see an edit link, click on that and it will bring you to the edit page.
How do I enter the same log entry for multiple contacts?
There are two ways to enter the same log entry for multiple contacts:
1. Go to network List panel (http://www.jibberjobber.com/network.php), click on the contacts that you want to enter the log entry and bellow the list panel click on Add a log entry. Create the log entry with the normal process.
2. The other way to do this is by clicking on the “Add a log entry” on home page (http://www.jibberjobber.com/index.php) or on contacts list panel. On the window where you create the log entry click on contacts tab and write the names of all the contacts you want to enter the log entry.
About Companies
How to enter a global company?
Hover your mouse to Companies from the top menu, click on the Add Company link from the drop down menu. Above the company name you’ll see a tick box that says ‘”Add this company to the global company map”‘ Check on the box to make your entry a global company. Then enter the company’s information.
What is the best way to put email conversations into JibberJobber?
Right now we recommend copying and pasting only relevant information from an email (or, email thread) into a log record for the contact (or company or job posting).
About Pricing
Do i have to upgrade/pay for this service?
No. You get a free account for life, which you can come back to anytime. You have the option of upgrading (and downgrading) as necessary. You can see the different levels here.
Is there any type of discount for a longer-term subscription?
Yes, you’ll be saving money by getting long term subscription. Click here to see your savings.
Can I pay one month at a time?

What is Regular, Silver and Premium?
Regular is the basic account, this is for free but you only get limited features. Silver account is for $5 dollars a month, you’ll get cool features that regulars users can’t enjoy, however the best features are only exclusive for premium account holders. If I subscribe to the service at the premium level, what happens to my data if I downgrade once I find a job? Is it all there the next time I need to look for a job and upgrade to premium again?
You get a lifetime free account with the option to upgrade to (or downgrade from) a Premium account as you wish. Premium users get a number of additional benefits, including price protection (if the fees increase, you are locked into the price in effect when you upgraded) and immediate access to new features.
Your data will be secure and for lifetime on our system if you find a job, so you can back when you want and all will be fine.
