Action Items

Action Items are reminders that help you remember to do something. You can create action items for your contacts, companies, and/or job postings. This kind of reports helps you see all your action items, shows you all action items that you have written and the status of them (open or close). You can see the action date, date created, mail date, the log, etc. and the closed date. You can also close your action items on this report.
