The List Panel
Filters on the List Panel
On the section of network, companies, jobs, document manager, etc. you can see a list panel. This list panel shows all your records and allows you to see, edit, delete, add log entries, etc.
You can click on manage columns link, in this page you can customize how you want to view you contact list. There are plenty of options like how many rows you want to see per page up configure what columns you want to see, ect.(note that the maximum rows allowed to show is 250) You can save your changes or simply use the defaults.
On the list panel you can click on the title to define the sort by the column.
On the List Panel at the bottom of the page you can see the number of contacts/companies/jobs that you have:
Last Action and Next Action Fields
To get data into the "last action" field, it should show the date of the last log entry or action item.
To get data into the "next action" field, this should be the date of the next action item.
Cobranded
We offer two different varieties of co-branded websites for alliance partners depending on our partner's needs. These websites can be setup and activated. Option 1 is only for a coach that can add users and offers promotions. With the option 2 Co-branding it offers your:
- logo in the header of every page
- text and links to your site in the header of every page
- logo and text in every letter template, sponsorship form and event poster produced by visiting volunteer fundraisers
To Signed Up a Client
1. Login to the site (http://partner.jibberjobber.com/login.php)
2. On the top menu, click on Cobrand.3. Below the cobranded menu there is an option for Add a new user or if you have a big list on a csv file you can Import it.
Choose the Add a New User if you are going to sign up clients one by one.
Use the Import a CSV File to Create New Users, if you have an existing CSV file with your client's names, this option will enable you to sign up multiple clients at same time.
Steps to create users from a csv file when you are cobranded admin.
1. Choose only one columns as First Name
2. Change Phone to Home Phone, Work Phone or Cell
3. Change Alternative Phone to Home Phone, Work Phone or Cell
4. Change Email to E-mail
5. Change Bill 1 to one of the fields available in JibberJobber, the fields availables are: Username, Title, Department,
Country, Address, City, State, Zip. This could be Title.
6. Change Bill 2 to one of the fields available in JibberJobber, we suggest Address.
7. Same for Bill 3. This could be State.
8. Log in to JibberJobber with your username.
9. Go to cobranded.
10. Go to Import a csv file, to create new users.
11. Select your csv file.
12. Turn on the “has header” checkbox.
13. Press the “Upload file” button.
Fees to sign up your client.
(To check how much is the fee to sign up your client.)
1. Go to JibberJobber and log on to your account.
2. Hover your mouse over the Cobrand tab in the main menu. Click on add a new user.
3. Look for the premium period and you can click on the drop down menu to show the pricing per client.
