To set yourself as a coach inside JibberJobber first click on My Account link on the main menu,
My Coaches
Job coaching refers to the training of an employee by an approved specialist, who uses structured intervention techniques to help the employee learn to perform job tasks to the employer's specifications and to learn the interpersonal skills necessary to be accepted as a worker at the job site and in related community contacts. JibberJobber gives you the option to have a coach to help you in the job process, the best way to do that is over the phone or in person, have them login, and mouse-over Tools, and then click on the My Coaches link. This brings up a page that will likely say they don’t have any coaches. Have them click on the “Add a Coach” link. Then, tell them your username in JibberJobber, and when they hit the “Add Coach(es)” button you will immediately see them in YOUR coach landing page!
My Coaching Sessions
Coaching is an on-going partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results on their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled weekly, lasting from a half-hour to an hour. JibberJobber allows you to have more control over your coaching sessions, by using this section you can establish a client to have the coaching session, a name for the session, starting and ending date and time and schedule the next coaching session by date and time. You can add notes, to do items, terms of service and expenses.
My Coach Landing Page
On my coach landing page you can see your connections (profile, companies, job postings, contacts, log interaction, see the user activity and delete). On this section you can generate reports and save them. Even on this section you can request new relationships by using the username or the email.
My Terms of Service
You can create your terms of service to each user and associate it on the coaching sessions.
