JibberJobber provides an easy way to keep track of all the information that you collect during a job search. You can track the jobs you apply for, and log the status of each jobs as you proceed through the hiring process.


How to Save a Job

To save a job, just go under jobs on the main menu and click on “Add Job”. Submit all the information about it and save it. Once you saved it, you can add log entries, action items and you can also edit it, view the detail page and delete it. You can interact between your information associating with the documents previously associated on JibberJobber.


How to Search a Job

This option is only available to users on United States of America.


To search a job, go to the jobs menu and click on search jobs, enter your information (keywords, zip code) and choose some search sources and click on the search button. You will see on the right side of the screen all the results associated with your search. You have the option to save the search. Once you have saved the search, you can see it under the tab called saved searches.

Under the saved searches tab you can see all the searches saved previously. When you see a red label with the text “New”, this means there are new jobs associated with your search. If you are interested on one or some of the jobs displayed, you can click on the link “create a new job based on this info” and a template to add a job will be opened, you only have to save it to be added on your personal list panel.

Job Feeds

Job feeds are a method of serving employment oriented web content via standard RSS technology. This is an easy way to receive up-to-date job listings. The job title appears as the RSS title with the summary of the vacancy in the RSS description.

You can add a job feed with the option “Add a job feed”, then you can choose the feed type, there are several options like: custom feed, Google base, Indeed, Jobster, Just Posted, Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Bounce Base.


How to Post a Job

JibberJobber offers you the option to post a job, is an easy process. Your job will be on our website and accessible to thousands of Job Seekers each day.

You need to have an account on JibberJobber and follow the next steps:


1. On Jobs tool bar, click on “Post a Job”


2. Read the posting guidelines for job (if you post spam we will delete the posting) and if you are agreed with this click on “I will abide by these guidelines”, if you are not agreed cancel this job posting.


3. You will see a screen where you will add the job details as category, title, location, company, description, compensation and URL. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before continue this process.


4. And you will receive an email with the subject “Your JibberJobber Job Posting has been published” to confirm all the process was done successfully.


This process is free for now and accessible to all our users (regular, silver and premium)


Exclusive Listings

You can see the jobs posted by all the users on the link called “Exclusive listings”


You can see it divided by locations and categories.


To see the details just click on the link “more details” and you will see all the details entered on the job posting.


If you click on the title of the job posting you will be redirected to the specific web of the company recruiter.

You can also create a job entry on your JibberJobber based on the info of the job posting just by clicking on the link “Create a new job based on this info…” that is at the bottom of the detail window.


My Posts

You can administrate the job postings you added by clicking on the Job menu, on the submenu: My Post.

On this section you can add, edit and delete your job postings.
